1. Purchased the point-to-point® mattress on/from April 13, 2017.
2. Customers must hold a sealed “365 Days Guaranty” chop on their valid invoice or delivery note before they can apply for a free mattress’s component replacement.
3. The point-to-point mattress that is replaced by the customer must be the same type as listed in the valid invoice.
4. Customers must purchase DPM® Point-to-Point® mattresses at a DPM® outlet in Hong Kong to receive this service.
5. Customer’s delivery address must be within Hong Kong Region.
6. Customers purchase DPM® Point-to-Point® Mattress Collection.
7. Customers have paid the full payment of mattresses.
8. Customers must sleep in Point-to-Point® mattresses for 30 days or more.
Terms and Conditions:
Customers who want to change their mattress components are required to ship their “365 Days Guaranty” delivery note or valid invoice within 365 days from the date of delivery for the procedures of mattress’s component replacement service.
1. The customer may take a several of time to fit in the new mattress, so it may take 30 days (from the day the mattress is delivered) to try the mattress.
2. “365 Days Guaranty” Only for Point-to-Point® Mattress series, except Models RS12, RS23 and LERS.2.
3. “365 Days Guaranty” does not apply to products such as DPM® Mattress Series, DPM® Pillow Series, DPM® ProModal Bedding Series and all Bed Bases.
4.”365 Days Guaranty” does not apply to discounted items or any point-to-point mattress series that cannot provide a valid invoice copy.
5.”365 Days Guaranty” applies only to the point-to-point® mattresses series and the shipping address within Hong Kong Region, also purchased at DPM® stores in Hong Kong.
6. Any customer’s request for “365 Days Guaranty”, we have to confirm the customer’s Point-to-Point Mattress’s model and shipping address matched with provided delivery note accordingly.
7. Customers are required to present a sealed “365 Days Guaranty” chop on the valid invoice to receive the service of 2 times of free Point-to-Point mattress’s component replacement within 365 days from the delivery date.
8. Regarding the procedures of mattress’s component replacement service, DPM professional consultants will contact the customer within 15 days from the date of handling the request in order to make the appointment for on-site visiting to analysis the mattress’s situation and report the problem solution and proposal for choosing.
9. For 2 times of free Point-to-Point mattress’s component replacement service,”365 Days Guaranty” only cover the internal components Point-to-Point Relief System of Point-to-Point Mattress.
10.This “365 Days Guaranty” does not apply if the mattress is in an unsanitary
condition if the mattress has evidence of damage from liquid penetration or use of cleaning fluids, or whenever the product failure is caused by factors other than defective workmanship or materials.
11.DPM® Sleep Solution Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the final amendment.
12. In case of any dispute, DPM® Sleep Solution Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
